Need advice on current situation

Post by cher » Mon Sep 02, 2013 10:57 pm

Hey guys, I'd really appreciate it if someone could advice the best way to apply for my hubby to live herewith my current situation....for all those whose instantly judged me please don't as i've regularly seen people saying to move to the other country which i would have gladly done however i have 3 children from a previous marriage and their dad is still a big part in their life and also as they're british citizens there is no way their dad will let them move away. so i'm currently not working but studying so i cannot afford to apply for the spouse visa. my husband is currently in the uk with me on a visitors visa for 6 months however we're now stuck on how to proceed as we got married in the uk as well in january. if someone can find a loop hole for us please help as we're not sure where else to look as we've been researching and overloaded with info however nowhere near our situation. thanks...[/i]
