does dependant need to attend hearing in court

does dependant need to attend hearing in court

hi all,
my hearing is tomorrow.i have 3 dependant with memy solicitor is saying only main applicant need to attend hearing and there is no need for dependnt to attend hearing.
any suggestions on this?

ur solicitor is right. only main applicant needed to be there.

I had hearing today.my refusal was ''third party bank letter mention applicant name on it was not provided''
HO lawyer was saying its a requirement which has to be fullfill.on the other hand my barristor argued that that requirment was beyond applicant controll.At the start Judge look like towards HO lawyer point of view, but at the end she looked little convinced to my barristor.
