SET (O) form section 9D D1

Post by 2013ilr » Tue Sep 03, 2013 5:54 pm

In Section 9 D D1, it states please confirm whether you have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the UK for Tier1 (General) category. My question is
1) If I stay more than 180 days can I go under 5 Year scheme. Also looking into the SET(O) form for other Tier 1 category like investors Section 9 H H1. it is mentioned that I have not been absent for more than 180 days in any 12 consecutive months during the specified period of continuous leave.
the above sentence is not mentioned in the form for tier1 general category. can anyone please share your idea?
