Hi I've got an appeal hearing coming
Up because my spouse visa was refused
On the grounds of I only submitted 3 months
Payslips and 3 months bankstatement
And they require 6 months payslip and bank statements
My question is will my appeal be refused by judge because
ECM was right to refuse visa at the time
I can submit the 6 months payslips and bankstatement
Back dated at time of application
Please can someone advise as I don't want to
Wast all this time on appeal if its going to get
Refused
