FLR(m) + SET(m) =ILR success in glasagow PEO

Post by jamiluddin » Fri Sep 06, 2013 4:14 pm

Hi,

My wife has recently got her ILR successfully in Glasgow PEO. I received my ILR on 10 yr long residence basis in July 2013 , I was wating for my wife to pass life in the UK test ,the very day she passed the test we went to Glasgow PEO and asked them if I could apply for SET(m) directly but they have informed that she needs to switch to FLR(m) first so I have applied for FLR(m) on 29th August and then again applied for SET(m) on 3rd September 2013 and they have granted her ILR , Glasgow PEO people are very nice .

Thanks to all members .Gurus for your kind help and all valuable information. Many solicitors told me that my wife needs to wait for 2 years after she switch to FLR(m) but that proved wrong.

Hi Jamiluddin,

Congratulation on getting ILR for your wife.

I am also in the same boat.
I could be grateful if could you please guide me with the process of how to apply with PEO for ILR and what are the documents we need to take for her.

Best Regards
RK
