HELP WITH 1.3 question, residence card holder less then 12 m

I am asking if I have to write permanent resident card date isssue in the question 1.3 from citizenship application.
Residence card was issued in August, so technically you have to be a holder of that card for 12 months before applying , but as i am EU member I want them to count my 6 years back from now, so i dont have to wait 12 months to next august.

so in that case should i write an issue date (as i think i cant skip this point) and on page 13 explain that even if I am a holder of card less then 12 months I exercised treaty rights for 6 years
