UK Passport Apply online then send the App via Check & S

Hi,

I know you can fill in UK passport application online and then they send you a printed copy to sign and add photos and post it back.

Can we send this via Post office check and send rather than sending via post? Or do we have to get an application form from post office and hand fill the form?

Just an update, I have contacted passport office, they said if you fill in the form online and get a printout from passport office, you can then hand in this to Post Office Check and Send.
