I know it's now the policy that generally you can apply for FLR within 28 days of expiry of your leave.

Is it possible to do this at PEO?

I know PEO's used to not consider out of date applications, but I think now they are fine so long as it's within 28 days?

the category in question would be PBS dependant (where the principal has extended earlier)
