Help with reviewing my earning for Tier1 to ILR

Post by superman008 » Sun Sep 15, 2013 1:05 pm

Hello -

Can you please have a quick look at my earning table and let me know if I'm on the right track?

10/02/2009 - Tier 1: entry clearance
06/03/2009 - Entered UK
13/01/2014 - Going for ILR on
13 Oct 2012 to Mar 2013 - Claiming earnings from

26,500 - Total NET dividends withdrawn
29444 - Total GROSS dividend

Your help is much appreciated.
Cheers
Ram

You can apply 12 month out of 15 month from date of application.
so you can claim from October 2012. but be careful with the dates.

Please can you clarify this?

I should apply for ILR in the 1st week of December, 2013 and my 15 month window will be November 2013 to September 2012 (in reverse order).

I am qualifying to apply from 29th November onwards in which case I can consider August 2012 payment as well. Am I right? Can you please tell how date gains important here?

Thanks
