Enterpreneur appeal judgments for reference

Hi my question is from all the active members of this forum that how can we gather the judgments of successful appeals to use them as reference in our appeals? because the reasons of refusals almost same.
please help. Thank you and really appreciate for always being there to help others.

No one is going to give you any reference , don't waste your time here, It is known to every body that 90% of these " Entrepreneurs" are bogus. These so called successful appellant will no more be that active as before until their extension. You get response only from the applicants who themselves are in trouble and most of the time will ask u the questions only to analyse their cases. Please find a good solicitor and present your case with confidence keeping in mind that its not end of life.

yea It makes things easy and helps an appellant to win an appeal.. speak to your lawyer they should be able to get and gather case references..relevant references really helpful to win a case..
