Finger print letter - when its likely to come?

Hello all.

I have sent my ILR (10 years) on 31.08.2013
Money £1051 taken out on 03.09.2013

I have not received the finger print letter. I heard people normally get it by 1 week of fee payment. One of my friend applied one day after me and got the finger print letter today.

Shall I call homeoffice for the letter now or wait few more days.......any telephone number specifically for this purpose?

You have to allow some time for bio metric letter.
