Urgent please: two PCN's 10 months after applying!

Dear all,
I have been waiting on my naturalisation application ( 5 yrs HSMP +1 ILR) for 10 months now. Nothing specific to cause concern and had only one FPN (parking on double yellow line) 16 months ago!

But just now received TWO PCN's for driving through bus lane both issued exactly at the same time within 30 seconds, apparently caught on two cameras on same street.

1- what to do?
2- would post application PCN's cause a problem or are they gonna decide based on the situation at the time of submitting my application?

The guidance is unclear at the moment as to whether a PCN falls in the remit of FPN, I believe they shouldn't however, it's not clear. New guidance is expected soon that should clarify the issues. Form AN doesn't ask for those to be declared so technically you don't need to, however, there is no guarantee of the outcome, yet.

Note: We will carry out criminal record checks on all applicants. You must give details of all unspent and spent criminal
convictions. This includes road traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) unless
they were part of a sentence of the court. This includes all drink-driving offences.
