Where is your wife most comfortable in giving the birth?

Uncertain about health risks and options comparisons between Pakistan/UK.

Birth in UK:

Pros:
Immigration benefits.
Citizenship benefits.

Cons:
Far from wife's parents, family and friends.

Birth in Pk.

Pros:
Possible wife's close family involvement/support.

Cons:
Child needs to apply for entry clearance to UK and also subsequent extensions and ILR applications.
