Hello Everyone!
I applied for enterpreneur visa 200k third party on
19/02/2012
biometric 31/10/2012
got refusal on the 15/03/2013
hearing on the 17/07/2013
got refused again on the 02/09/2013 and now i applied to upper tribunal and waiting since then. After reading some of the post in here i dont think i will get my visa. I am so stressed out. It took such a long time and it's still pending. I want to ask if i can go back to student category again. I have studied in the UK for 4 years and done my Masters. Is it possible to do another masters from the university again. Please let me know.

Under 120A(b) you can go in for an MBA after a Masters, and though this would be considered as same Masters' level but it would be requiring further studies.

Don't worry brother,there are alot who got same decesions.
I got my appeal dismiss last week as well and i applied in upper tribunal and now waiting.
do not loose the hope.
Inshallah we all will win.(later or sooner)

I Already did MBA from here and i was thinking about going for Masters in IT or either do ACCA.

what was reason for refusal?
They refused me on the basis of the documents were not attested from legal bodies and in the third party bank letter my name was not mentioned. They refused me that i dont have access to funds in the UK which the declaration of the third party clearly says and also in the bank says that it is available to anyone.

I didnt apply for student visa as i said i was on psw and then i applied for enterpreneur visa which is still pending since then. I made this topic just to know if i could go back and do another degree instead of waiting for this visa.
