is it necessary to include so much? especially, Viber/WhatsApp etc.?

They should have given you a reason for the refusal. What did it say?

Which Embassy did you apply at? I.e. in which country/city?

What I do not understand is that why did you attach so many documents and gave them a reason to point out deficiencies in your application, what I believe is that you should have kept the application simple and straightforward, instead, you should have just responded and addressed the grounds of your previous refusal. Anyways, what are the grounds of your current refusal?

Hi chaoclive
answering your questions
As our first EEA fp was refused due to we didn't submitted contact evidence(viber log whats app emails etc ) so we provided all these things.

they said that all documents i provided is self serving and they call our marriage a marriage of convenience after providing all the pics and mariage certificate and all these paper and even in our cover letter we mention our phone numbers for me and my wife in uk and email adress and offer our self for an interview even letter from my daughters and they offer if they need to interview them and letter from my kids school. After providing all these documents how can he call our marriage a marriage of convenience?
I applied from Islamabad pakistan.
Now i,m going to appeal the decision and complaine so can you guys help me how appeal the decision and how to complain effectively.
What is the best way to appeal ? can i appeal online? what kind documents do i need for appeal ?
i,ll really appreciate your help thanks
