hi

Thanks for all the help you guys have given i need some information

i am currently on tire 2 visa General which i got for 2 years and will be trying for an extension in Nov 2014 my quires are as below

1) do i need a new COS (NQF level 6) from my employer ( showing the job and salary according to the new SOC codes 2014 )

2) my SOC code was 2132 which i believe is take of in 2013 do need to change the code will that cause any problem ? (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... orkers.pdf )

3) my current salary is according to the code 2132. In the new SOC code which is close to my job description is 2139 they have mentioned Salary rates: New entrant: £20,300 / Experienced: £28,400 my salary is in between this (27,000) will this be OK or do i need to mention the experienced one, as i have been working for them for 2 years on the previous visa (ask my sponsor to hike my salary by 1,400 hehe )

4) can i get a new COS for 3 years or only for 2 as the previous one was for 2 years (need to complete the 5 years for ILR)

5) i will be applying for my wife visa also as it is expiring on the same date do i need to show all the previous documents ( as hers was done outside UK ) and she will be just extending the dependent visa

kind regards
Gautam
