Court Appeal 2014

My husband was refused spouse visa in March 2013
We appeled
The ECM deadline was 10 September
We still havent heard anything and its been 2 weeks
When is the court date likely to be set?
This year or next year?
How many months from now?

Any help would be greatful

Anyone in similar position?
