I am a British National, my brother non eea national overstayer, living in the UK with me with duarble relationship. We are moving to other EEA country, he is dependent on me and will be there with me with me. Consulate will issue him 3 month eea family visa and will apply for EEA visa for 5 year whistle we will be there. In this case, can we come back to the UK after he gets the family permit from there? Do we require any certain time to be there before heading to the UK?
