Hi,

Just a quick question please.

Does time spent as a student under Tier 4 count towards the total amount of time required to be spent in the UK (5 years) before applying for ILR.

Tier 4 and Tier 1 PSW don't count towards the 5 years during which you should be working, but they do count towards a total of 10 years spent in the UK for ILR.
