My application was made on 25th but they took the fee only on the 10th of January!dr_me wrote:In my opinion most of 25th Oct applicants who's fee were deducted on 20th dec might have had their applications looked at/approved by now. It's just waiting to hear from them. Say NCS 5days after approval is printed (just a guess). Say approved on 23rd add 5working days incl sat so may be 28th or might be tomorrow for few lucky ones.
Hey, has your application been approved yet or are you still waiting?dr_me wrote:In my opinion most of 25th Oct applicants who's fee were deducted on 20th dec might have had their applications looked at/approved by now. It's just waiting to hear from them.
I received the letter with the content " I am pleased to tell you that this application for British Citizenship has been approved. To complete the process of becoming a British Citizen, you will need to attend a citizenship ceremony to receive your certificate. In the ceremony you will take an Oath of Affirmation of allegiance to the Crown and a Pledge of loyalty to the UK. This is a formal promise to Her Majesty the Queen and the United Kingdom"...dr_me wrote:Congratulations ukmigrant2011 did you receive invitation letter to book ceremony or just the letter stating your application is approved? I just wanted to know what type of letter one should expect when applied through NCS.
Thanks for the information. Hope Mine will be on the way. Received at HO 25oct fee debited on 20/12/13.ukmigrant2011 wrote:I received the letter with the content " I am pleased to tell you that this application for British Citizenship has been approved. dr_me wrote:Yes indeed things looks moving very slowly. I have compiled a list for NCS vs Postal applications focusing on late OCt applicants. It was posted earlier this evening however I thought since people may have a confusion reading it so deleted it. However those who have seen it if interested I will repost it.
