@akhan25 The issue is, on royal mail tracking website it is showing as: Awaiitng for Collection. When I phoned Liverpool Royal Mail Delivery Office, I came to know that, NCS Hamilton has written a wrong address and it is not known Liverpool Delivery Office where to deliver it and it is lost somewhere. When I phoned Royal Mail Customer Care (0845 number) I was told, it is in PO BOX. UKBA Said to me, they did not receive the applications yet.
It is 10 days back applications were sent from Hamilton to Liverpool (on OCT 4th). All other applications sent by other NCS Offices were received by UKBA in Liverpool.
How can only our application is sitting in PO BOX it we go by your logic?
Something has gone wrong somewhere, now UKBA, ROYAL MAIL and NCS Hamilton have started blame game and telling me no one knows any thing.
Whom to ask and whom to approach in this situation? Please KINDLY advise us......
