Need help ASAP !

I'm going to send a tier2 general application in post tomorrow but the job code on my Cos is a level 4 code (3116)- I pointed this out to my solicitor but she said there's no need for another Cos and advised I should get a company letter stating that the Job code on the CoS does not match my job description well enough and put a level 6 Job code (1121) instead and explain why this code describes your role more clearly. She also said there's a provision in UKBA rules for this.
My question here is should I go with what's she's saying ? Is that ok ?
Help urgent please from senior members on board or somebody with similar sort of situation ?? Many thanks

My salary is well above the required threshold for level 4 code 3116 I'm currently on 26250 pa 40 hrs a week
