I want to share my experience it has been a tough time to me..

Applied: feb 2013
Refusal: april 2013
Reasons: 1. Current Appointment Report
2. No name on the advertising material
Appeal Date: June 20th
Appeal Allowed: September 24th

Congratulations on your success, I was going o go for paper appeal but of course my barrister talked me out of it. He said that Oral hearings had a higher success rate cause you can argue your case better. But glad that it worked out for you ... keep us posted on when you get your documents / BRP

Congrats! I have finally come across someone that appealed on paper. Please how long did it take from the date you were asked by the tribunal to submit any further supporting evidence to the date you got the decision? Mine was a deadline of Sept 3rd and since then I have been waiting for a decision.

Ya it is true oral hearing has high success rate
depends on the refusal and time i have opted for paper..
