It's difficult as you've practiced deception in your other applications by deliberately failing to declare a conviction. I think you should declare it and given 24 months has lapsed, hope your previous omissions are unnoticed.

Contact the court and make the payment. You're really digging a hole for yourself! I think you should consider contacting a criminal law solicitor and seek advice before you contact the court in case they (the police) arrest you on the spot.

Immigration and Nationality applications are exempt from Rehabilitation time periods so it doesn't matter if it is 'spent'. What matters is that you failed to declare convictions on previous applications which could be judged as deceptive. Although, consideration should be given as to whether declaring a conviction would have resulted in a refusal. You should seek legal advice.
