Tier 1(General) Dependent, MN1 for Child of ILR Main

Post by Happpy » Sun Oct 06, 2013 11:11 am

Hi,

I have just been qualified for the ILR and waiting for BRP. My wife need to apply for Tier 1 (General) dependent extension since she came to UK in September 2012. My child born in UK and he is still 4 months and no any visa status. I have few questions to be clarified,

1) Since I'm in ILR, can my child apply for British citizen via MN1 straightaway without waiting for my wife's dependent visa extension?

2) For my wife's dependent extension, can I show funds from my bank statements OR se wants to show her own funds (90 day period)? and how much the exact amount?

3) If I booked PEO appointment for my wife's extension, can I enter to the PEO office with her?

Thanks
