PBS Tier 1 General Migrant Dependant visa

Dear Experts,

I am in the UK under PBS Tier 1 general migrant visa and I recently got engaged plus I got my registry marriage done in India. I wanted to apply for tier 1 dependant visa for my wife and have below points where I need you valuable inputs.

Document I have,
1. Bank statement with my name on it in UK bank account showing the maintenance fund.
2. My wife's passport (without the last name change).
3. A letter confirming her Degree was taught in English.
4. Council Bill and Gas and Electricity bill.

Based on above I have below questions.
i) Does the bank statement (point no. 1 above) need to have joint account name or my name on it is good enough on the statement for the application?
ii) Do I have to get my wife's last name changed in the passport before I apply for Visa (point no. 2above)?
iii) Can I apply for the visa using Council Bill and Gas and Electricity bill without the tenancy agreement? I do not have tenancy agreement at the moment and I cannot get this done because I am planning to move out to a new place after 4months time(point no. 4 above) ?

iv) Do I need to show my salary details as the guideline for dependent visa does not mention about salary details to be submitted?
v) I do not have marriage picture yet, so can I submit my application on the basis of engagement picture?

From the PBS Dependant guidance, the bank statement could be in either main applicants name or dependants name or a joint account. More information is available in the PBS Dependant guidance.

The PBS Dependant guidance does not say anything about this. If you make sure everything is consistent it should be fine.

Not required. But you can submit if you want it.

Not really sure about this. I think the key thing would be to demonstrate the subsistence of relationship. I have shown this with marriage photos + wedding card. I am not sure how you will show yours in this case.

With regards to my below (marked in double quote) question and your answer, I am bit confused. When I read the statement below (in single quote) about accommodation, I understand that I need to submit a document as evidence of accommodation. It will be a great help if you can clarify on whether it is a mandatory document to submit.

Dear Experts,

I need your suggestion urgently on the below.

I am staying in shared accommodation where I don't have any rental agreement with the landlord and I cannot managed to get one as the landlord is not agreeing to provide one because of some crazy reasons.

Now I have my name updated in the council and gas & electricity bill along with two other people.

Question is can I submit my council bill for applying the visa along with some NOC letter from other tenant? Is there anyone who has faced similar situation? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I am baffled by your post. Accommodation is not a requirement for adult pbs applications. If you are making basic mistakes like this I wonder what else might be wrong with your application?
