Date Applied/Docs sent: 01/09/13
Date Received Ack. Letter: 10/09/13
Date Biometrics booking letter arrived:waiting
Date Biometrics Done at PO : waiting
Date Passport/Docs received from HO: waiting
Date Biometrics received : Waiting
Visa Type : FLR(m)

Explain what is going on as your first post seems to contradict your more recent post. You said you have applied for ILR yet your application states FLR(M). How do you expect guidance unless your are clear?

Hi everyone,

Received my rejected application after 40 days. The reason was the payment page was not there! This is not true.... we went through the application a million times.

So were you granted a 27 month spouse leave to enter? If so, when did you enter the UK under this leave?

Hi Amber,

First of all, i would like to thank you for the kind work that you are doing for everyone here.

I am applying for my ILR end of November based on the BC spouse visa which was granted in Dec 2011.

I just wanted to ask that what sort of cohab documents can i submit. Below is all i have so far.

- Joint bank account statements for 2 years
- NHS card registered in 2012
- Credit card statements for 12 months
- Mobile bills in both names for 12 months
- Letter from the landlord confirming the stay
- P60
- DVLA letters

Would the above be enough?

Then, you can apply on SET(M) from 28 days before 9th of August 2013, thus now so long as you meet the requirements including KoLL - LIUK.

If you cannot get a PEO appointment in time then apply by post or by using:

The Settlement Checking Service (click) which will allow you to keep your documents.

You should apply before your leave expires to avoid the adverse consequences of being an overstayer.

sidhujazz for every 4 months of the last 2 years, provide one joint letter or a letter each from a total of at least 3 different sources.

I am a little confuse now, i am sorry to be pain.

Can i use our joint bank statements for the first 12 months?
I have plenty to prove for the second year, but between Dec 2011 and dec 2012 i only have joint bank statements.

If you use the Settlement Checking Service you get to keep your passport, but may have issues with ECO with expired spouse leave.

You can ask for your case to be expedited if you have proof of an illness.

Yes you can use one source for the 1st year and 2 different ones in the 2nd year.

Thanks for your response. I have a letter from her doctor stating that she needs someone to help her 24/7 till the baby is born. Is there any chance of PEO appointment cancellations?

I couldn't comment on that, there used to be but I'm not sure about now, you'd have to keep checking.
