Sadaf Thomas wrote:Hi every one,
I have booked my appointment to get my ILR on the first of November which is 7 days after my visa expires. What should I do? Does my appointment makes me eligible to overstay my visa? Is it like postal application?
Please help
Thanks

Then, you can apply on SET(M) from 28 days before 9th of August 2013, thus now so long as you meet the requirements including KoLL - LIUK.Sadaf Thomas wrote:No within 16 days which was on the 9th of August 2011.
Yes you can use one source for the 1st year and 2 different ones in the 2nd year.sidhujazz wrote:many thanks for your prompt reply Amber.

Can i use our joint bank statements for the first 12 months?

Can anyone tell me what is the answer for the below question in my case?
How long have you lived in the UK? Have you been out more than 6 months?
I came here with a student visa in 2009, then went back home in 2010. I came back here and stayed from August 2011 with spousal visa and didn't leave the country more than two months.
So should I include my time here as student as well? Or only from my last entry?
Thanks
