Can I apply for ILR after 10 years

Hi There,

I've question about ILR.

I've been to the UK since 2007(got visa as student) then finished master in 2010 and then got PSW visa for 2 years. I've forgot to apply for HSMP- (Tier 1 General) in 2011 while on PSW but now sponsored by payroll company until 2015 then will re-apply for another 2 years by that time I'll finish 10 years in the UK in 2017.

will I eligible for ILR or not ?

3 years student visa + 2 years PSW visa + 5 years tier 2 ICT = 10 years

ANY HELP / SUGGESTIONS WELCOMED...
