Appeal for ILRdismissed, what's next?

Post by joanfar » Thu Oct 10, 2013 5:31 pm

Hi, I am in the UK with my British husband and our 9-month old son. As per subject, we have appealed against a refusal for ILR in the UK primarily on the basis of Article 8 and has been dismissed. My husband is currently unemployed hence we cannot afford representation. We know we can apply for a permission for another appeal to the Upper Tribunal within 5 days but my question is, if we do not re-appeal, how long do we have to leave the UK? It has been indicated in the refusal letter to call a certain number but nobody ever answers.

Your immediate response will be of great help. Thanks.
