I got refusal on 6th August 2013 for visitor visa to visit my bf whose british under section 320(18B) and Para 41 .I was in uk from 2007 to 2010 in that duration i got into shoplifting and had conviction in nov2008 which got spent in nov 2009 .And coz im unemployed and dont have ne funds in my name they think i will not return to my home country and i dont have ties.I returned back to my home country previously to my parents as they are alone here and very well off nd my father was my sponsor and not my bf we submitted tenancy agreement as i was suppose to live with him but not financially documents as my father was sponsoring me so submitted all documents.My solicitor sent them letter to review again and they come up with i have 3 conviction which is absolutely wrong i only had one conviction one was caution in 2008 i left country in sept 2010 but they say i have penalty notice against me in dec 2012 which i m completely unaware of .My solicitor sent them Pre Action Protocol which they replied on 16th sept 2013 saying senior authorities will send substantive reply shortly till date have not heard nething back now we sent letter saying we are proceeding with JR to which they have not replied either so im finally going with JR but just want to know if any1 can help me with there expert advise how much time does this all take and what are the chances of winning appeal i have requested for SAR .Any views ideas will help thanks!!!
