Anyone is doing Appeal himself

Post by nagisons » Sat Oct 12, 2013 10:37 am

Hello Everyone
Could anyone help me about the Bundles?
First I sent one bundle of evidences and ground of appeal when I submitted my appeal.
I got my hearing date and they mention that
"You must send the following documents to the tribunal at above address and to the other party, (to arrive) no later than 5 days before the date of hearing."
Its mean, I have to send two copies of the Documents again.
- One Bundle of copies to Court.
- Second Bundle of copies to HO.

They didn't mention the HO office address on the hearing letter.
I can find only:
Presenting officers unit
Appeals and litigation Director
Angel square, 3rd floor
Building one, 1 Torrens Street
London EC1V 1NY

My Question is: where I can find the HO Address? Or I have to send one bundle to courts only.

I will appreciate your Help.

Regards

The presenting officer works for the Home Office.. So you send the bundle to that address and another to the tribunal!
IMpossible is 2 letters to long!

Don't send anything to HOme office, the address you have in the court hearing letter, just send on that address with a short covering letter mentioning your name, date of birth,HO refer no,appeal number and date and venue of hearing.
