switch tire 4 to marrige visa

I’m in UK studying a postgraduate degree under tire 4 visa, with my son supported by government scholarship. I’m married to a British citizen who works in my country of residency. He is back to UK with me, for postgraduate study also. He does not work in UK.
How can I change my tire 4 visa to marriage visa?
Also I read on the internet that he should have money on his account which shows his income , from work or retirement, in my country of residence the banking system poor and its all cash in hand, he managed to obtain salary slips where he work. Also he have a house want to sale it, and transfer the money to his account here in UK, can this money be counted as the £22400 financial requirement. By the way we are married for 3 and half years and my son is from my previous marriage.
