Surrender of Indian Passport

Hi,

Please can somebody answer the following questions:-

1. Can I surrender my husband's passport on his behalf (along with my passport surrender) ? or will he need to go to the VFS centre as well ?

2. Photocopies of Indian passport - Do I need to sign each and every page or only the first page of the passport copy ?

3. What is quicker - postal application or in person applicaiton ?

4. Goswell road centre - I VFS issues limited tokens. Do I have to queue up from early in the morning to get a token ?

No, go around 8-9 am, will be finished by 12 noon.

You can submit for your husband along with your passport.
Sign each page and suggested above.
I submitted last week, reached around 8:45AM, got the second token for passport surrender, was called within 15 mins after the first token was processed, and left the place by 9:20AM.
