hi this is jo my question is for applying a an application

i am a eea4 pr holder which i just receved from home office 13 oct 2013
im married to polisha national from 10 dec 2007 my 6 years off marrage will be completing this year 10 dec 2013

please kindly advice when i cann be eligable to apply for an application i presuem this year dec 10

Yes, if you were in the UK on 10 Dec 2007 (start of you becoming an family member) and on 10 Dec 2008 (start of your residential qualifying period for naturalisation) and attained PR on 10 Dec 2012, etc.

This might help Jo.

http://englishexamcentres.co.uk/b1-esol ... vel-3.html. You will have to prove proficiency in B1 level on the CEFR* / ESOL Entry level 3 on (Speaking & Listening). Go through the website for all information you need, including payment and sample exam scenarios.
The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.

If you did not get the points at court but rather as a FPN, you will not have to wait providing you have no more than one FPN in the last 12 months.

funny me i just check my last endrosment on my licence was on 24/05/2011 so now as i complet my 3 years i check with dvla thay class my licence as clean
and endorsment can remove next yera but i dont have to mention these point on my AN APPLICATION AS ITS PAST 3 YEARS TIME SPNT
