Parents Visitor Visa second time

Hi,

My Parents visited me in June 2013 and left on July 2013. However their visa is valid till November 2013. I want to call my mother to UK again in Feb 2014.

I am not sure if i can call my mother that early since her last visa would expire in NOvember and it wont be six months till feb 2014.

Query: is six month restriction is from the last visa date or from the date they left the country.

can somebody advise?
