Solicitor fax my document

Hi I need help with my issue,...I have been reporting at becket house,Home office in London bridge every Tuesday,and my solicitor forwarded my application to the home office in becket house(London bridge) through fax,because of my signing in and also due to the high fee home office charge which I can't afford (me and 2 dependent) ,,,,and they haven't reply,please I want to know if they will reply or do I need to mention when next I go to sign in,.....thanks
