Hello me is inter uk 2nd march 2004 with buisniss visa after 6month I overstay in uk September 2005 I moved Scottish partner 14 February 2007 a baby born me married in Pakistan with 4 children I got the visa leave to remain November 2010 my visa expire 19 November 2012 (8march 2012 involved my separation with partner my partner mild learning disability and me go banning order from court for partner and house but I see my son every week first one hour then two after four hour then 7 hour after one night then two night now one weak social work take my assessment and they want I keep my son full time29 October 2013 hearing decision every thing in favor still no news from home office I want my family came hare beside me we look after together my son my son 6 1/2 year old banning order after 6 month finish I no need more relation with my partner I need help please help me what I do now thanks
