Outside UK on company business

Hi,
I am currently on work permit visa (5 years) and I am planning to apply for ILR next month, I have been working outside the UK from 1/8/2012 to 16/9/2013 (around 360 days outside the country) in secondment agreement commuting to the UK every second weekend for long weekends and the maximum time I have spent outside the UK continually was 4 weeks (in holidays), for the secondments period I was paid in the UK and paying tax and NI. I have been living in the UK since 2005 (4 years as student and 5 years in work permit). My question is am I entitled for ILR? Taking in consideration I have spent more than 180 days outside the country in the last year (Nov 2012 to Nov 2013) and the total number of days I have spent outside the UK for the last 5 years is about 480 days ( 360 working + 120 holidays).

Yes u can apply, providing all the evidences that your tax, ni paid in UK, and your wages paid in your UK bank account accordingly
