Then claim benefits once granted IlR, you should be ok for adequate maintenance though more secure when awarded benefits.

FLR (M) Fresh Application

Post by masud0174 » Wed Dec 25, 2013 4:53 pm

Dear Sir,
As I have explained before that My Wife's FLR(M) application has been returned as an Invalid When My ILR Application is still pending with HO. I am going to submit Fresh FLR(M) Application on Next week for my wife which will be within 28 days of returning application as an Invalid. This time I will answer Section 4 as usual though I will not apply for my Children. In section 4 , "I will mention that I have got two children who have borned in the Uk. I will launce separate application for them shortly".

if you have similar types of situation of invalid application and already have launched a fresh application, please share your experience with me which might help me.

Many Thanks

If the children are not applying then you can mention them in section 4.9. However, it's not mandatory, therefore, they were wrong to send it back as invalid.

If the children are not applying only 4.9 needs to be filled.

Thanks
But 4.1-4.3 asking about any children do we have. I have answer 4.1 - yes and 4.2-4.3 : NO.
Then it did not ask me anymore details about children. I have completed 4.8: NO,
4.9: I have mentioned that "I have got two children who have borned in Uk. I Will launch separate application for them. Their details are below : "Name" and "DOB" ".

Also I have told in my statement and my wife's covering letter that my children are not applying under FLR(M) application. I am sending separate application for them.

Amber,
please review the above scenario and advise me. I am going to send this fresh application on next monday.

Many Thanks
