Hello every one ,
I have recently applied for tier 2 visa application , it was an initial application to switch category,
Now actually i ll be reaching my 10 year stay in uk soon while my tier 2 application is still under process , i m thinking of vary my application ground to Set LR ,
My question is once i vary my tier 2 application to set LR
can i resign from my job soon after varying to set LR ,
will this effect my ser lr application by any mean ?
Or is it wise to wait for tier 2 decision first and then resign
Ur opinion / suggestions will be highly appreciated
