General visitor visa to visit a friend in uk

Hi,
My friend is planning to come to UK from INDIA for x-mass and New year celebration with my family in general visitor visa for 10 days. she have a deliberate situation.

1. she is divorced
2. she is managing her family business after her father's demise. but the company is in her mothers name.
3. her mom is a government employee.
4. she have considerable amount of money in her savings account. more than 7 lakhs.
5. since its a family business she don't have any payslips or individual tax returns. but she have tax returns on the company turnover.
6. in the last 4 years she is been to US, most of the EU countries and australia.

So my question is what kind of documents she needs to provide to convince UKBA that she got a genuine reason to return to take care of the company business.
