Work Permit + Tier1 (General)

Dear Experts

Can you please help me out.

I came to UK on 8th Jan 2009 on Work Permit.
Moved to Tier 1 General on 4th Dec 2009

Completed my assignment at employer 1 and went back to India on 7th Feb 2010.
Got back to UK on 17 March 2010.
was unemployed till Oct 2010
got job at employer 2 in Oct and am there since.

I will complete 5 years on 8th Jan 2013 (including one year on work permit) Am I right in including this year?

Is it a straightforward case? Do I have to explain the absence of 2010 when I was unemployed.

I have p60 for all 5 years.
