No, the 'on hold' relates to application under Annex FM, your spouse will fall under Part 8 as I explained, thus, providing you are working full time, there shouldn't be any issue.

ThNk you Amber for your prompt reply so, my wife and my child will successfully get FLR(M) on my full time job alone no worry about if how much it should be. Thank you once again

Amber just one point I got my ILR from long residency not their 1 general would that make any difference I pointed I got it through SET(LR). Please if you can comment they are the same rules just full time job would be great thank you Amber.

I am going to apply for ILR via tier 1 general employed route along with one dependant. Is their any maintainence that I have to show?

Yes it'll still be Part 8 stranded, under the old rules. You should get her FLR(M) granted ASAP then apply for SET(M).

Thank Amber you have been a life saver just the question whi which popped up is I probably with 2 kids am not meeting the A-B=C formula, would I still be fine?? Amber I was so worried thanks for your prompt replies

With two kids, £260 per week Net after deducting rent will suffice under the old rules. Remember when you have ILR you can claim benefits.
