English Test Requirement

Hi ,

I am planning to apply ILR next year March 2014.

Just wanted to ask about new English Test requirement I have got Tier 1 General visa granted on March 2009. Please tell me should i take English test or is it exempt?

how did you claim points in English in first Tier 1 on 2009? if you have a qualification taught in English like master degree then I think you are safe ,,
I wish any one else can confirm this
