Hi All,
Can you advise me which form to fill for my son whether OCI or POI who is born few months before my ILR and become British Naturalisation, he never had Indian passport?

I read the thread as well but it still does not asnwer the question?

My son never had indian passport and when he born I was on work permit.
Which form I should fill for him: OCI or POI?

He holds British Naturalisation and British Passport only ( No Indian Passport and Surrender Certifcate)

PIO only. Since parents are not british. If parents are british citizens then he is eligible for OCI.
