'Certificate of Entitlement' (COE) through PEO

Hi,

This is regarding the application for 'Certificate of Entitlement'(COE) to the right of abode in the UK (ROA)' for my son. UKBA website is mentioning the option to apply via post only. However, the application form is stating that this can be done through a Public Enquiry Office(PEO) as below:
How to submit your application

7. If you prefer, you can bring the form to a Public Enquiry Office for a same day service where a premium service is available
But the PEO online booking does not allow to book a slot for the application for ROA/COE.

Wondering if anyone has used PEO to obtain COE?
