Extending 90 days period...

Dear Experts,

As it says you shouldn't be travelling more that 90 days in last 1 yr, but in my case I applying for BC through NCS which is still under 90 days i.e 81 days. But I may need to travel after application for 2 weeks on ILR, would that make any impact on my application? because when I return it will be more than 90 day....

Pls Advice.
