they didnot get permission and very next day they print the BIOMETRIC.

Salam brother,
Could you please please tel me the points ur lawyer raised in the court. My hear is on 18th of this month and I have been loving in the from last 7.10 years. I have no kids aswell I want to article 8 aswell.

Hi again,

I have filed my case in upper tribunal. its been 1 week I didn't hear from them yet.

My question is can i go for article 8? i have been living in UK for about 8 years and i have one dependent too?

Could you please tell me how did u appeal in upper tribunal after been dissmissed ur appeal in 1st tribunal. Is there form u have fill in or just all documents are sent to upper tribunal

Brother article 8 is also called as a fairness law. The human error is normal thing in this world. I would like to say please read article 8 in detail. It will help you a lot. Are you taking any lawyer with you? Please take good representative.

Argue was Private life in the UK. i am running that business from last three and half years. i was engaged with business directly. i submitted my all accounts and tax returns. the thing is my business was according to the graduate level from day first.

more or less running business was really good point for argue.

did you win your case at the upper tribunal or did the HO rescind their decision to challenge the judgement from the lower tribunal?
i won my case at first tribunal.
