THIS QUESTION IS ON BEHALF OF MY FRIEND



hi iv got my eea4 PR this year sep but im married to eu citzen over 6 years

my question do i have to wait one year from the date given THE PR or i can apply AN application now and skip my EU wife detail as we are no longer together

please advice

Your can't have the cake and eat it too.

You either wait a year and apply without spouse details
Or
apply now with spouse details.

i do have my spouse details do i have to sent her pay slips p60s and her passport aging or only documents requierd only as i do HAVE VALID PR NOT RC

If you don't wait for 1 year after PR issue date - you need to provide proof of PR based on your wife activities. This means sending the same documents you sent for your PR application including P60s, passport etc.

If you do wait for 1 year, nothing is required from your wife.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
