applying from outside UK for 10 year route

Post by razz11 » Fri Nov 15, 2013 5:03 pm

Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding long term residency (10 year route). I applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa in march but got rejected, i also lost the appeal in the first tier tribunal (though i have asked for permission from first-tier to go to upper tribunal but i am not very hopeful).

My question is that i have been in UK for almost 7 years now (including the leave extended to me due to Section 3C after my post-study-work visa expired in march, 2013), and if i go back to pakistan now and then apply for the visa with 50k as investment funds and within 28 days of getting the decision from first tier or upper tribunal (i am not 100% if i can apply with 50k as investment funds but i think because my last leave was a PSW visa so maybe i can), would my 10 year route to residency be broken ? Or, will it still be continued as i will apply within the 28 days of getting my decision from tribunal ?

You can't apply from outside the UK with 50K, unless it is approved venture capital or Govt seed funding.
